Orders & Shipping
Standard delivery within Nairobi takes 1–3 business days. For other regions in Kenya, deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting the "My Orders" section in your account dashboard.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over KSh 5,000. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat delivery fee based on your location.
You can request changes or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our support team. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified.
Payments
We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment providers to ensure your financial information is always protected.
For M-Pesa and card payments, you are charged immediately at checkout. For bank transfers, your order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Some categories like perishables and personal care items are non-returnable.
To request a refund, go to "My Orders" in your account, select the order, and click "Request Return". Our team will review your request and process the refund within 5–7 business days once the returned item is received.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back.

Click "Sign Up" at the top of the page and fill in your details. You can also create an account during checkout. Having an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
Click "Sign In", then select "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Products
Yes. We source all products directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. Every item is verified for authenticity before being listed on our store.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
